The whole price list
There is no tiered service plan, no membership, no priority fee and no weekend surcharge. One diagnostic fee, then a quoted repair you approve or decline.

Four steps, no surprises
- You call with the model number and a description of what the appliance is doing. That is usually enough for us to bring the likely parts.
- We arrive inside the booked window, find the fault, and show you what we found. The diagnostic is $80.
- You get the repair cost in writing before anything comes apart. If the answer is that the appliance is not worth repairing, you get that in writing too.
- You approve or decline. If you approve, the $80 comes off the bill and the work is covered for 90 days labor and 365 days parts.
When we work
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Sat 9am-4pm. Closed Sunday. We do not advertise 24 hour or emergency service, because we do not run it and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

About the money
What does the $80 buy?
A technician on site, the fault identified, and a written estimate for the repair. If you approve the repair, the $80 comes off the bill. If you do not, you owe the $80 and nothing else.
Is there a trip charge on top?
No. The diagnostic is the same flat fee whether you are two miles away in Fruit Cove or thirty miles away at the beach. We publish a 40 mile road radius so that stays true.
Do you charge more for a built-in refrigerator than a dishwasher?
The diagnostic is the same for every appliance type. The repair quote obviously differs, but you see that number in writing before anything comes apart.
What if the repair needs a second visit for parts?
There is no second diagnostic fee. You pay the diagnostic once and the labor for the repair once, whatever number of visits the parts supply forces on us.
What does the parts warranty cover?
Genuine OEM parts we supply and fit are covered for 365 days from the date of the repair. Labor on our own work is covered for 90 days. It does not cover a different fault that appears later on the same appliance.
Do you take card payment?
Cash, credit and debit. Payment is due on completion of the repair, not in advance.
Ironside Appliance Repair is an independent shop. We are not on a Viking warranty contract, so we bill you directly and there is no administrator between us deciding what gets replaced.
