Booking is by telephone, with a person. Tell us the appliance and the symptom and we will tell you what the visit involves.

There is no form on this site, no mailbox and no after-hours answering service. Two ways in: the phone during business hours, or the booking page, which is our scheduling system on a separate site and opens in a new tab. We do not advertise 24 hour or emergency cover because we do not run it.

Four things that speed the job up
- The model number. On a range it is usually on the frame behind the bottom drawer or on the left side of the door opening. On built-in refrigeration it is on the upper interior wall or behind the toe grille. On a dishwasher, on the tub edge inside the door.
- What it is actually doing. Not "it is broken" but "it clicks and will not light", "it reads 350 and bakes like 315", "there is water in the bottom at the end of the cycle". The symptom decides which parts we load.
- When it started, and whether there was a storm. Control boards fail in the days after a power event rather than during it, and there are about 68 thunderstorm days a year here. If the fault appeared in a storm week, say so.
- Your ZIP, and how the appliance is installed. Freestanding, or built in with cabinetry over and around it. The drive decides the day we can offer; the installation decides how long we need once we are there.
